Set this mixture aside too . 3. After 10 minutes divide the dough into 8-10 equal parts and shape them into balls . Roll out each ball very thinly in oval or rectangular shape using little dry flour if required but do not make them too thin else they will break while rolling later on .

Heat a tava/griddle till moderately hot and cook these chapatis on it from both sides till light brown spots appear on them . Remove from heat and stack them one over another until all of them are done similarly .
